“I am in love with life and the potential that lies within human nature”

I am in love with life and the potential that lies within human nature. From an early age I have been fascinated by the world of spirits and mystery and since have been exploring the ancient pagan rituals and traditions of my homeland Bulgaria, studying the medicinal properties of different herbs and plants of these lands.

I graduated in journalism and, following my innate curiosity, ventured into various professional endeavors until I experienced my first Ayahuasca ceremony over 15 years ago. The meeting with the medicine was a profound revelation for me, which in an unexplainable way connected different dots of my personal inquiry of the self and the connection we have with Mother Nature. Lucky enough to have shared my first Ayahuasca experience with my brother, this allowed us both to embark on a journey of self discovery and healing, sitting in different medicine ceremonies around Europe, meeting different indigenous lineage carriers and eventually organizing and facilitating medicine ceremonies in our homeland. Along the way I have apprenticed within the Red Road tradition, completing a 4-year cycle of Vision Quest and Sun Dance, receiving the honor to host the European Sun Dance on our land.

I am currently apprenticing within the Shipibo-Konibo tradition, recognizing it to be a beautiful example of how the Ayahuasca medicine can be put in service for healing in a sacred and healthy way.

Since joining the Soltara family in the summer of 2022, I have been proud to witness the safe container Soltara has created for our guests, and the support Soltara offers to the Shipibo community, working with Maestros who come from a long lineage of healers, and caring for them with respect and honor. As a trauma-informed plant medicine facilitator, I have been working with Ayahuasca and other plant medicines for over 15 years, both through my personal journey and in supporting others. This experience has deeply shaped my approach to facilitation, allowing me to hold space with intention, sensitivity, respect, and care.

In addition to my facilitation work, I am part of Soltara’s preparation and integration coaching program, where I support participants before and after their Soltara retreats. In my coaching practice I work with different tools like mindfulness, breathwork, kriyas, and meditation, gently weaving the experience with myth and storytelling, all while remaining a humble student of these teachings, which I continue to study with dedication and curiosity.

Over the past two years, I have begun to specialize in grief work, supporting people navigating loss in its many forms. My focus is on creating compassionate spaces where grief can be witnessed and gently integrated, while also guiding people on a journey back into relationship with themselves and their inner world.

Positive and open, I have a kind and loving personality, and a genuine talent to hold a compassionate space for others, guiding them to their own personal truth and value. I believe that music is another form of healing and can often be seen playing my ukulele or learning and singing new songs with a big smile on my face.
