“With a belief that healing is an innate human capability, my intention is to help provide support to others as they remember the wisdom, strength and wholeness that already exists within them”

Born and raised in New Zealand, my passion for healing and personal transformation began through the exploration of spirituality, psychology and self-development as I navigated my own experiences with anxiety, depression, addiction and the effects of unresolved childhood trauma within myself and my family system.

What started as a personal journey gradually evolved into a lifelong commitment to inner work and service. Along the way, I spent many years practicing modalities such as yoga, meditation, breathwork and energy healing throughout New Zealand, Australia and Indonesia and went on to study trauma and its effects on the nervous system, behavioural patterns, and our subconscious beliefs. My path eventually led me to Central and South America, where I was introduced to indigenous plant medicines and the Shipibo tradition, experiences that profoundly deepened my understanding of healing and our potential for personal and collective expansion.

I am a certified trauma-informed practitioner and coach whose work emphasizes compassion, safety and authentic human connection. I am interested in the integration of ancient wisdom and traditional healing practices into everyday life as I believe these teachings are powerful tools for living with greater presence, purpose, and connection within the context of our modern world.

With a belief that healing is an innate human capability, my intention is to help provide support to others as they remember the wisdom, strength and wholeness that already exists within them.

I am deeply honoured to be of service at Soltara and to contribute to their mission, remaining devoted to my own growth and continued learning as I walk alongside others on their personal journeys.
