“My path with Ayahuasca has been a deep journey of self-discovery, healing, and learning to live with greater authenticity and self-acceptance.”

I was born and raised in London, and currently split my time between Costa Rica & Peru. From my earliest years, I have been fascinated by the mysteries of life and possessed a deep-rooted affinity for nature and exploring the world around me. An adventurer at heart, I have travelled the globe, immersing myself in diverse cultures and forging connections with people from varied communities, enriching my understanding of the human experience.

Originally studying to become an actor, I transitioned into a career in advertising, where I held positions with some of the UK’s largest publishers.

In my quest for direction and self-acceptance, I found myself drawn to the transformative potential of ayahuasca in 2014. This experience became a powerful catalyst for spiritual growth, and over the subsequent years, I continued to deepen my relationship with ayahuasca in the UK and also in Ecuador, and Peru. My path with Ayahuasca has been a deep journey of self-discovery, healing, and learning to live with greater authenticity and self-acceptance. I hold a deep connection to the Shipibo lineage, whose healing traditions and cosmology have played a central role in my personal journey and continue to shape my approach to this work.

In 2020, I returned to South America to immerse myself in plant medicine work and fully commit to the path of serving others. I began facilitating at an ayahuasca center in the Amazon jungle of Peru and later in Mexico. During this time, I strengthened my connection to the Shipibo tradition and also worked extensively with other sacred medicines including kambo, bufo, and peyote.

Over time, this personal path naturally evolved into a commitment to supporting others. For the past five years, I have been accompanying individuals in their healing journeys with Ayahuasca and other plant medicines, working closely with people from around the world.

I was delighted to join the Soltara team in April 2022 and feel honored to continue guiding groups through their journeys with ayahuasca.

My approach to preparation and integration is rooted in presence, compassion, and embodied awareness. It draws from my training in Compassionate Inquiry (a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté), as well as studies in trauma, somatics, and mindfulness. I graduated from Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry professional training program in February 2024. I am also a certified yoga teacher and have taught internationally, using both breath and movement to support emotional and spiritual integration.

Known for my compassionate nature, quick wit, and genuine kindness, I embody a deep commitment to supporting others on their paths of healing and self-discovery. I aim to empower individuals and help them integrate their newfound wisdom with warmth, playfulness and curiosity to bring long-lasting change to their lives.

Whether through coaching or simply offering a space of deep listening, my approach is grounded in a calm, kind, and compassionate presence, with a sincere intention to help others reconnect with their truth and authenticity. Whether you are preparing for a retreat or finding your way through the integration process afterward, I am here to offer steady and grounded support tailored to your unique path.
