Facilitator/Coach

“For me, plant medicine is a tool to return to the heart’s core, clearing away the noise that disconnects us from our true essence. I see it as a way to clean the mirror through which we view ourselves and the world.”

Born and raised in Italy, I am both a traveler of the world and an explorer of the inner landscapes of the mind and heart. After earning a degree in Economics and beginning a career in finance, I realized my true calling lay elsewhere.
A series of profound spiritual experiences led me to discover Ayahuasca in 2017, igniting a transformative journey that changed my life.

Driven by a thirst for truth and a desire to dig beneath the surface of reality, I have spent thousands of hours in ceremony, both in group settings and in solitude, including master plant diets in the Amazon rainforest. Having worked directly with Shipibo healers in their traditional settings, I bring a respectful, grounded perspective to supporting others in navigating and integrating their medicine experiences. My own years of personal practice inform my work and allow me to meet each participant with attunement and sometimes a pinch of humor.

Since joining Soltara’s family in 2022, I have been supporting and accompanying participants through their ceremonies, creating a grounded and respectful space where emotions, insights, and spiritual experiences can be welcomed and shared. For me, plant medicine is a tool to return to the heart’s core, clearing away the noise that disconnects us from our true essence. I see it as a way to clean the mirror through which we view ourselves and the world.

My facilitation blends presence, clarity, directness, active listening, radical acceptance, and deep compassion, helping participants organize their thoughts and emotions, reconnect with their core motivations and intentions, and explore the deeper messages and teachings that wish to emerge.

I see every part of the retreat experience as a message from the Medicine, and I love exploring together how to integrate these insights into daily life, helping participants find their way to greater authenticity and self-empowerment. In my work, I also incorporate meditation, yoga, and body-oriented practices, inviting participants to connect with their inner wisdom, embrace their experiences with curiosity, and make space for something new in their lives

Outside of my work with Soltara, I facilitate transformative workshops in Italy focused on authentic self-expression and conscious intimacy, inviting participants to build heart-centered connections with themselves and others.
